Product Overview
MP6539GV-Z is a Monolithic Power Systems three-phase BLDC motor pre-driver intended to control three half-bridges built from six external N-channel MOSFETs. The documented operating capability reaches a 100 V bus, while the driver stage provides 0.8 A source and 1 A sink gate-drive current.
The datasheet also gives a 120 V maximum for the bootstrap node. That 120 V value is a maximum VBST condition, not the normal motor-bus operating voltage, so it must remain separate from the 100 V operating statement.

What the Ratings Mean for Selection
Topology is the first compatibility check: the device is a three-phase pre-driver for external MOSFETs, not an integrated motor-power stage. A replacement therefore needs the same bridge-control role before voltage or current figures are compared.
For gate switching, 0.8 A source and 1 A sink capability define the stated charge/discharge strength of the driver outputs. The 100 V bus capability defines the documented operating class, whereas the 120 V VBST number is a maximum bootstrap-node rating and should not be used as a nominal bus specification.
The exact GV package is QFN-28 at 4 mm × 5 mm, and -Z denotes tape-and-reel packing. Both fields are part of the procurement identity.
