Product Overview
MP6519GQ-Z is a Monolithic Power Systems H-bridge current regulator / step-down current-source driver with integrated MOSFETs. Its confirmed operating input range is 2.5 V to 28 V, and the device supports output current up to 5 A in a compact QFN-19 package.
Unlike a simple gate driver, this device includes the H-bridge power MOSFETs. The confirmed 65 mΩ on-resistance figure applies to each H-bridge MOSFET and is therefore relevant to conduction-loss and thermal comparisons.

Current-Regulation Selection Notes
The 2.5 V to 28 V input range and up-to-5 A output capability define the basic electrical operating envelope. The ±2% full-scale accuracy figure is a separate regulation-quality constraint and should not be inferred from the current rating alone.
At 65 mΩ per integrated H-bridge MOSFET, on-resistance directly affects conduction loss and heat generation as load current rises. The programmable 30 kHz to 300 kHz switching range provides another design trade-off because switching frequency affects the surrounding power-stage timing and passive-component choices.
The stated efficiency is up to 94%, so it should be retained as a best-case reported figure rather than a guaranteed value for every operating point. QFN-19 at 3 mm × 3 mm and the -Z tape-and-reel suffix identify the exact mechanical and packing variant.
