Product Overview
The BGA525N6E6327XTSA1 is the tape-and-reel orderable for Infineon’s BGA525N6 GNSS low-noise amplifier. It covers the 1164–1615 MHz GNSS spectrum and provides selectable standard, low-power and high-gain operating modes through GPIO control.
Gain, noise figure and linearity are mode- and frequency-dependent. The device should therefore be selected using the GNSS band and intended bias mode rather than by treating the highest gain or lowest noise figure as simultaneous broadband values.

Design Considerations
Use Infineon’s recommended input/output matching and grounding geometry for the exact package. Parasitic inductance around the ground connections can change both gain and noise figure in this frequency range.
GPIO mode control changes RF performance and current consumption. The selected system mode should be included in receiver sensitivity and blocker-linearity calculations rather than chosen solely for lowest current.
