Product Overview
TMUX1104DGSR is a low-voltage 4:1 precision multiplexer intended for small sensor currents and high-impedance analog nodes where switch leakage can become part of the measurement error. Its 3 pA leakage headline is therefore often more selection-relevant than raw on-resistance.
The 1.08–5.5 V supply range and 1.8 V-compatible fail-safe logic let a low-voltage MCU select signals without special logic translation. The signal path is rail-to-rail within the selected supply and uses break-before-make switching.

Picoamp leakage matters for high-impedance sensors
A few picoamps across megaohm source impedance can still generate microvolt-level error; PCB surface leakage and contamination may exceed the IC leakage if layout/cleanliness are poor.
Low charge injection reduces sampling transients
When multiplexing into a sample/hold or high-impedance node, charge injection determines settling disturbance. Source impedance and acquisition time still need to absorb that transient.
