Product Overview
The MCP6541RT-I/OT is the industrial-temperature rotated-tape SOT-23 variant of Microchip’s MCP6541 push-pull comparator. It targets battery and always-on threshold functions where supply current below 1 µA is valuable.
The RT code is mechanically important because the SOT-23 pin orientation differs from other MCP6541 variants. Schematic and footprint review should use the exact RT pinout.

Design Considerations
Because the output is push-pull, an external pull-up is generally unnecessary and can increase power. This differs from open-drain comparator families.
Low supply current comes with microsecond-class response. Confirm propagation delay for the required overdrive before using the part in fast fault protection.
