Product Overview
The BGS12SN6E6327XTSA1 is the exact Infineon OPN for the BGS12SN6 SPDT RF switch in the PG-TSNP-6-2 package. It covers 0.1 GHz to 6 GHz and was designed for low-loss, high-isolation antenna or transmit/receive switching in compact wireless systems.
Infineon now marks the product discontinued and End of Life. That lifecycle state is a primary procurement consideration: electrical evaluation can still use the documented 0.25 dB insertion loss and 40 dB isolation at 1 GHz, but new designs should not assume long-term availability of this exact OPN.

Design Considerations
The newer BGS12WN6 extends frequency coverage and uses a different TSNP package variant, so it should not be treated as an automatic drop-in replacement for the BGS12SN6. Compare footprint, control behavior and band-specific S-parameters before redesign.
For legacy repair or sourcing, preserve the full OPN including the E6327XTSA1 suffix. Package or packing suffix differences can matter for exact procurement even when the base BGS12SN6 electrical family name is unchanged.
