Product Overview
UCC27624DR extends the dual 5 A low-side-driver concept to a much wider 26 V operating supply and −10 V input/enable robustness. This can be useful in industrial power stages using higher gate-drive rails or long/noisy control paths.
The two channels are independently enabled and can be paralleled for additional drive. Inputs use VDD-independent TTL-compatible thresholds, simplifying interface from low-voltage control logic even when the gate-driver supply is much higher.
The active DR order code is SOIC-8, 2500-piece large reel. Its 30 V absolute VDD rating should not be confused with the recommended 26 V operating ceiling.

- Use the −10 V input capability as transient margin, not as a normal signal level.
- Keep each gate loop short; higher VDD and 5 A drive can create severe ringing/EMI with excess inductance.
