Device Overview
QPC6014TR7 is a Qorvo absorptive SPST RF switch covering 5 MHz to 6000 MHz in a compact DFN-8-EP(2×2) package. The part is intended for broadband RF signal-path control where insertion loss, isolation and linearity need to be reviewed together rather than as independent headline numbers.
The validated performance set includes 0.84 dB insertion loss, 53 dB isolation at 2 GHz, 58 dBm IIP3 and 36 dBm P1dB. It operates from a 1.8 V supply with a stated 0.075 mA supply current and is characterized for a 50 ohm RF environment.

RF Design Considerations
Insertion loss and isolation should be compared at matching frequencies when screening another RF switch. The 53 dB isolation figure is explicitly tied to 2 GHz, so it should not be generalized across the entire 5 MHz to 6 GHz operating range without consulting the detailed frequency plots.
The IIP3 and P1dB figures add information about linearity and compression behavior that a frequency-only comparison would miss. The 1.8 V bias requirement and low stated supply current are also practical integration constraints for the control rail.
For replacement review, confirm switch topology first: an absorptive SPST device is functionally different from a reflective SPST or an SPDT switch even when package size and frequency coverage appear similar. The DFN-8-EP(2×2) package is also a board-footprint constraint and should be checked separately from RF performance.
