Product Overview
MP6550GG-Z is a compact integrated H-bridge motor driver in a 2 x 2 mm QFN-12 package. Unlike a pre-driver that requires external bridge MOSFETs, the MP6550 includes the H-bridge power devices and can drive a reversible brushed DC motor, one stepper-motor winding or a similar bidirectional load.

Engineering Selection Guidance
The 2 A figure is the continuous driver-current capability; actual usable current still depends on PCB copper, ambient temperature and load waveform.
The quoted 240 mΩ value is the combined high-side plus low-side MOSFET on-resistance headline, not the resistance of one individual FET.
Internal current sensing reduces external sense components, but it does not remove the need to validate current-limit behavior for the motor's stall current.
The 1.8-22 V range is the motor-supply operating range for MP6550; do not substitute limits from nearby MP65xx devices.
