Product Overview
The 1PS79SB10,115 is the active Nexperia orderable version of the 1PS79SB10 small-signal Schottky diode in the compact SOD523 package. Its 30 V reverse rating, low forward drop and small junction capacitance suit signal steering, clamping, blocking and low-current protection where board area is limited.
The ,115 suffix identifies the reel/packing orderable and should be preserved in procurement records. Electrically similar Schottky diodes can differ in reverse leakage, capacitance and forward-voltage behavior, so these parameters should be checked rather than substituting solely by voltage rating.

Design Considerations
Schottky reverse leakage rises strongly with temperature, so the 2 µA room-temperature test limit should not be treated as a worst-case value for a hot clamp or battery-powered node. Review the temperature curves if reverse standby current is important.
The 600 mA non-repetitive value is a short-pulse rating, not a continuous load capability. For repetitive switching, use the continuous and repetitive-current limits together with package thermal conditions.
