Product Overview
LSF0204GU12X is a Nexperia 4-bit bidirectional multi-voltage level translator for open-drain and push-pull signal paths. It does not require a direction-control pin, and both voltage domains are specified for 0.8 V to 5.0 V operation.
Although the two supply-domain ranges are numerically identical, they represent separate sides of the translator and should remain separate design checks. The exact orderable package is XQFN12, package version SOT1174-1.

Interface Selection Guidance
The four channels and direction-free bidirectional architecture determine how the translator connects between logic domains. A candidate that needs a direction pin changes control routing even if its voltage ranges appear similar.
VCCA and VCCB each support 0.8 V to 5.0 V, but they are physically distinct supply domains; matching one range does not eliminate the need to verify the other. Keeping those rails separately labeled avoids turning two domain-specific facts into one ambiguous supply specification.
The documented translation-rate statements are directional and conditioned by capacitive load: up translation is specified at ≤100 MHz and down translation at ≥100 MHz for CL = 15 pF or 30 pF. Those qualifiers should be preserved when timing margin is compared.
