ADT7461ARMZ-R7 is an onsemi digital temperature monitor that measures both its internal sensor and an external transistor/processor thermal diode. The remote channel provides 0.25°C resolution and ±1°C-class accuracy while automatically cancelling up to 3 kΩ typical series resistance in the diode path, enabling useful RC noise filtering.
The ARMZ-R7 orderable uses an 8-lead MSOP and ships in 1000-piece tape and reel.

Remote-Diode Layout Considerations
The remote diode input handles very small signals. Route D+ and D− together, away from switching nodes, and use the datasheet’s filtering guidance where needed. The resistance-cancellation feature reduces error from series filter resistors but does not eliminate poor grounding or coupled noise.
