Product Overview
The MP20073DH-LF-P is an active MPS DDR termination regulator designed to generate both the bidirectional VTT rail and the buffered VTTREF reference required by DDR memory interfaces. The VTT regulator can source or sink up to 2 A and tracks one-half of the reference voltage.
The device is optimized for compact termination power rails: it operates from 1.3 V to 6.0 V VDDQ, needs only 20 µF of ceramic output capacitance and provides Kelvin sensing through VTTSEN. The -P suffix is a packing option within the same electrical MP20073DH-LF device family.

Design Considerations
DDR termination current is bidirectional, so thermal design must cover both source and sink operation. The exposed pad should be connected to the recommended copper area so repeated high-current memory activity does not push junction temperature beyond limits.
VTT accuracy depends on reference tracking and board drops. Use the Kelvin-sense function where load-current trace resistance would otherwise create a measurable error at the memory termination point.
