Product Overview
The BGA524N6E6329XTSA1 is the current active-and-preferred OPN for Infineon’s BGA524N6 SiGe GNSS low-noise amplifier. It covers the 1550 MHz to 1615 MHz navigation band and provides 19.6 dB gain with a 0.55 dB noise figure while drawing only 2.5 mA.
Compared with the BGA725L6, this exact part uses less current and has a lower headline noise figure, but it is packaged in the TSNP family rather than TSLP. The devices therefore need to be compared as complete RF/package solutions rather than as drop-in alternatives based on similar GNSS frequency coverage.

Design Considerations
A low GNSS noise figure is only useful when the preceding filter and PCB path maintain low loss. Place the LNA and preselection network so loss ahead of the device does not erase the 0.55 dB receiver-noise advantage.
Strong out-of-band transmitters can still drive the LNA toward compression. Use the input P1dB and out-of-band linearity together with the external filter rejection to check coexistence in cellular-enabled systems.
