Product Overview
BGA 725L6 E6327 is an Infineon-authorized Sales Product Name for the BGA725L6 GNSS low-noise amplifier. The device is optimized for the 1550 MHz to 1615 MHz satellite-navigation band and is intended for front ends supporting systems such as GPS, GLONASS, BeiDou and Galileo.
Infineon specifies 20 dB gain and 0.65 dB noise figure while drawing only 3.6 mA. The official package is PG-TSLP-6-2 with a 0.7 × 1.1 mm footprint, not a generic DFN. That package correction matters for PCB compatibility because the local source label used a different package family name.

Design Considerations
GNSS LNA selection should include blocker behavior, not only noise figure. The out-of-band IIP3 and input compression values determine how the front end behaves near strong cellular or other nearby transmitters, especially when the external prefilter is compact.
The TSLP-6-2 land pattern must be taken from Infineon’s package data. A 0.7 × 1.1 mm body dimension shared with another leadless package does not make a DFN or TSNP footprint interchangeable.
