Product Overview
LSF0102DCUR is a passive-style auto-bidirectional translator that avoids a direction pin. It is particularly useful on bidirectional buses and control signals whose direction changes dynamically, such as I²C or MDIO.
Speed depends strongly on pull-ups, edge direction and capacitive load. TI’s headline >100-MHz conditions are not a guarantee for a heavily loaded bus; at 50 pF the stated practical translation rate is much lower.
Because the device does not regenerate every edge like a buffered directional translator, external pull-up design and source drive remain part of signal-integrity performance.
