Product Overview
The CD4504BPWR is TI’s active TSSOP-16 tape-and-reel orderable for a six-channel voltage-level shifter. It supports TTL-to-CMOS and CMOS-to-CMOS translation and provides selectable input-threshold behavior.
This device is not an auto-direction-sensing translator. Supply arrangement and SELECT control must be intentionally designed for the required direction and threshold mode.

Design Considerations
Confirm both supply rails and threshold-select logic during power sequencing. Because inputs can be referenced differently from outputs, an apparently valid static level can still violate a power-off condition.
Use the datasheet propagation-delay table at the selected rail voltages and output load.
