Digital Potentiometers
Browse digital potentiometer ICs from Analog Devices, Texas Instruments, Microchip Technology and onsemi. This category includes SPI, I²C and Up/Down controlled parts for programmable resistance, trimming and calibration circuits. Compare the exact manufacturer part number, resistance option, package and wiper-control method before sending an RFQ; listed products do not imply confirmed stock.
Digital Potentiometer Selection Guide
Interface and resistance: For SPI-controlled designs, compare Microchip MCP41010-I/SN (10 kΩ) with MCP41050-I/SN (50 kΩ); the end-to-end resistance is not interchangeable. Analog Devices AD5160BRJZ10-RL7 and AD5160BRJZ100-RL7 also represent different resistance options within one 256-position SPI family. TI TPL0501-100DCNR is another SPI option with a 100 kΩ resistance element.
Topology, memory and control: The I²C-controlled TPL0401A-10DCKR has a low terminal tied internally to ground, while TPL0102-100PWR provides two potentiometer channels and nonvolatile wiper-setting storage. Onsemi CAT5171TBI-50GT3 uses I²C control; CAT5115ZI-10-GT3 uses an Up/Down interface. Microchip MCP4021-202E/MS is a nonvolatile Up/Down-controlled option. These devices should not be treated as pin-compatible substitutes without reviewing the datasheets.
Check wiper resolution, terminal voltage limits, power-up behavior and operating conditions in the exact part datasheet. For current availability, quantity pricing, date-code requirements or an unlisted MPN, request a quote with the full part number and required quantity.
