Purchasing FAQ

Answers to common questions about finding parts, requesting quotations and sending purchasing requirements to HKEQGOO.

Common Purchasing Questions

Use these answers as a starting point. For a specific part number or order condition, include the exact requirement in your RFQ.

How do I request a quote?

Open the Request a Quote page or send the exact manufacturer part number and quantity to [email protected].

What information should I include?

At minimum, provide the exact MPN and quantity. Add manufacturer, target price, required date, package, date-code preference, documentation or testing requirements when those conditions matter.

Can I submit several part numbers or a BOM?

Yes. Send a spreadsheet or multi-part list with required quantities through the BOM Sourcing page, the RFQ page, or by email to [email protected].

What if I cannot find the part on the website?

Send the exact MPN for sourcing review. A missing catalog page does not prevent you from asking about the part. For obsolete or difficult-to-source MPNs, you can also use the Hard-to-Find Parts page.

Why are some products shown without a regular price?

HKEQGOO uses an RFQ-based purchasing model where price can depend on quantity and purchasing conditions. A blank regular price directs the customer to request a quotation rather than rely on a fixed retail price.

Can I specify packaging, date code or documentation requirements?

Yes. Include those conditions with the enquiry so they can be reviewed and confirmed before purchase. See Quality Assurance for the quality information HKEQGOO asks buyers to define upfront.

How are alternative parts handled?

Alternative or similar parts are presented only when there is a reliable source for the candidate. A candidate still needs technical review before it is treated as a replacement.

How can I contact HKEQGOO directly?

Email [email protected] or use WhatsApp at +86 18826239437.

Is there a fixed minimum order quantity (MOQ)?

MOQ can vary by MPN, packaging and sourcing conditions. Send the quantity you need; any applicable minimum should be confirmed in the quotation.

How are availability and lead time confirmed?

Availability and lead time should be treated as quotation-specific. Include your required date or lead-time constraint in the RFQ and use the quoted availability and lead time as the order reference rather than assuming website information is a live stock commitment.

How are payment and shipping terms handled?

Payment, shipping and destination requirements should be confirmed with the quotation or order. Include the delivery country and any important logistics condition in your enquiry so the applicable terms can be stated before purchase.

Can HKEQGOO help with obsolete or EOL parts?

You can submit the exact MPN through the Hard-to-Find Parts page or RFQ process. Availability and any alternative candidate should be confirmed case by case rather than assumed from the part status alone.
