Quality conditions vary by part, manufacturer, packaging and application. State the documentation, packaging, date-code, traceability or testing requirements in your RFQ so the applicable conditions can be confirmed before purchase.

Target price, if relevant
Packaging format, if relevant

Quality and documentation conditions

Date-code requirement, if any
Traceability or documentation requirement
Packaging and labeling condition
RoHS or other compliance documentation needed
Inspection or testing requirement, if any

What should be confirmed before purchase

The quotation or order confirmation should make the commercial and quality conditions clear enough for both sides to understand what is being supplied.

Availability and lead time as quoted
Applicable packaging or date-code conditions
Documentation, inspection or testing scope when specifically agreed

Testing is not assumed

Do not assume that X-ray, decapsulation, electrical testing or other laboratory services are included in a standard quotation. If a test or inspection is required, state it before order so the available scope can be confirmed explicitly.
