DRV8320SRTVR is the SPI-interface version of Texas Instruments’ DRV8320 three-phase smart gate-driver family. It drives three high-side and three low-side external N-channel MOSFETs and provides Smart Gate Drive control for BLDC, PMSM and other three-phase power stages.

Engineering Selection Notes
DRV8320SRTVR is a gate driver, not an integrated motor power stage. Motor phase current is carried by the six external MOSFETs, so current capability depends on FET selection, gate charge, switching frequency, dead time, current sensing, PCB layout and thermal design.
The exact S suffix matters because it selects the SPI-controlled device. Hardware-interface DRV8320 variants replace the SPI pins with resistor-programmed configuration inputs, so they are not firmware-equivalent substitutions.
The 6 V to 60 V range is the normal operating supply range; the 65 V figure is an absolute-maximum class limit and should not be used as the continuous design target.
