Product Overview
XTR111AIDGQT is electrically the HVSSOP XTR111 analog-output solution but supplied in the 250-piece small-reel format. It is useful for prototypes, NPI and lower-volume production where committing to a 2500-piece DGQR reel is unnecessary.
The current-loop architecture still relies on an external P-MOSFET and a precision RSET. Output-current accuracy, PMOS dissipation and loop compliance must therefore be engineered exactly as for the large-reel DGQR version.
Because DGQT and DGQR share the DGQ package, this exact-order difference is primarily procurement/packing. It should not be used as a reason to invent electrical differences between the two SKUs.

Functional Highlights
Small-reel packing can reduce NPI inventory without changing the PCB
The 250-piece format supports pilot builds while preserving the qualified DGQ footprint and electrical design used for later large-reel production.
Precision still depends on the external resistor and power transistor
RSET tempco affects transfer gain, and the PMOS must stay within SOA across high loop supply and low load-voltage conditions.
Design Considerations
- Keep DGQT/DGQR explicitly separated in ERP purchasing quantities even though the PCB footprint is the same.
- Validate PMOS dissipation at maximum supply and output current.
- Use a low-tempco RSET and account for auxiliary-regulator current in the total power budget.
