Product Overview
HDC3021DEHR is a precision humidity sensor for applications where long-term accuracy and manufacturing protection matter. TI specifies ±0.5% RH typical accuracy and low long-term drift, plus a ±0.1°C-class integrated temperature sensor.
The DEH package variant is supplied with a factory-installed removable polyimide tape cover. That cover protects the sensor during board assembly/handling and must be managed according to TI’s process guidance so the sensing opening is exposed for final operation.
