Product Overview
TCA6408ARGTR is an 8-bit GPIO expander built specifically for systems where the processor I²C rail and peripheral I/O rail may use different voltages. It can translate between common 1.8 V, 2.5 V, 3.3 V and 5 V domains while adding eight remotely controlled pins.
RESET is a meaningful system feature: firmware or supervisor logic can return all ports to their input default without cycling the power rail. This helps isolate misconfigured peripherals during boot/recovery.

Functional Highlights
